Are your units cleaned and sanitized?
Yes are units are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
You cannot use a water hose inside the bounce house but if the bounce house has a small pool at end it can be filled with water.
Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
Usually we set our rentals on tarps.
Can I pick the unit up?
Our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit. This is for the safety of the participants and to ensure a quality functional unit.
